- Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Consumables (e.g. batteries once opened).
- Special-order or custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or not following manufacturer’s instructions.
- How to Request a Return
- Email sindalenterprise10@gmail.com with your order number, product details and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided, marking the RA number clearly on the package. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing sindalenterprise10@gmail.com.
- We will cover return shipping and ship a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
- Refunds
– Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process refunds within 7–10 business days.
– Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
– A restocking fee of up to 5% may apply for non-faulty returns. - Exchanges
